The artists grant permission to download images from the online press image folder for non-commercial use or for fair use as defined in international copyright laws. Images should not be cropped or edited without the written permission of the artists. The credit should read “I Am Queen Mary by La Vaughn Belle and Jeannette Ehlers” with the name of the photographer and 2018 can be used as the date.

How To Order:
All requests must be made in writing. Each request is separately considered, and permission is granted on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the artists. Please complete the permission request form below. The requestor is responsible for securing any and all copyright permissions from the copyright holders (the artists). Requests in which it is determined that fees should be applied will be directed to contact one of the following organizations:
ARS (Artist Rights Society, USA)
VISDA (Visuelle Rettigheder Danmark)
La Vaughn Belle is a member of ARS (Artist Rights Society) and Jeannette Ehlers is a member of VISDA (Visuelle Rettigheder Danmark). Depending on the type and nature of the intended use fees apply and follow the standard fees determined by ARS or VISDA. These organizations have partner institutions around the world in which the image license can also be obtained and the appropriate fees rendered.
